At Ardent CrossFit we believe in quality coaching. Our staff invests personal time and energy into each of our athletes to ensure you receive the specific coaching necessary to achieve your goals. We believe it is essential to coach you through every aspect of a WOD. We will ensure you mobilize and warm up properly, receive appropriate instruction on specific movements and are led through a cool down all explicitly designed for the movements and elements you will encounter that day.
Many movements in CrossFit may seem foreign, a little intimidating and very technical. Our team of highly skilled coaches will make sure you have the tools necessary to perform each movement and if you aren’t quite ready, we will help you determine how to appropriately scale the workout in order to perform it safely within your ability level.
