So you want to see what Ardent CrossFit is all about?

The only way to begin your training at Ardent CrossFit is with an introductory session. Call us at (540) 300-1260 or fill out our contact form and we will get back with you to schedule your session. During your complimentary introductory session, you’ll receive one-on-one training giving you the opportunity to learn about our program and actually experience a CrossFit workout for yourself. We understand that CrossFit can be intimidating so before throwing yourselves in, let us walk you through a workout and answer all your questions in a personalized and stress free environment.

Our Introductory Session is by appointment only and is a prerequisite for taking a class. The purpose is to help us serve you better by understanding your goals and expectations, fitness and experience level. You will perform a workout that will allow us to assess your current capabilities.

What Next?

Once you’ve decided to join our Ardent CrossFit family, we will help you determine the next step. If you are new to CrossFit, you may decide to enroll in Personal Training before entering the group class atmosphere.  Personal Training will give you the base tools and knowledge necessary to succeed in our normal class setting.

Personal Training may also be an excellent option for individuals with sport/competition specific goals, or who just want individualized programming, one-on-one attention, and the accountability that comes with it.  We have coaches with many years experience as personal trainers who can create programs tailored to your specific fitness goals.
