Constantly Varied: You won’t get bored at Ardent CrossFit. Every day the workouts will be different.
Functional Movements: CrossFit will improve you as a whole by replicating movements you perform in your daily life or functional movements.
High Intensity: Intensity is essential for results in the fitness arena and is measurable as work/time. The more work you do in less time, the more intense the effort.
CrossFit’s specialty is not specializing. By design, we deliver a program that is broad, general and inclusive. Our workouts will require you to think, determine appropriate expectations, challenge your abilities and try things you never thought possible.
Through detailed coaching and instruction, we will teach you new skills requiring focus and commitment. You will learn proper body mechanics, stability, balance and agility: skills that will transfer to your everyday life.
Classes are designed for scalability and applicability to all individuals no matter their age or fitness level. The only requirement is a willingness to try. By varying the load and intensity, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness capability and experience. Everyone does the same workout varied only by their ability to perform it.
