3 reps @ 80%
2 reps @ 85%
1 rep @ 90%
1 rep @ 90-95%

Followed by…

Every 2 minutes, for 6 minutes:
Back Squat
8 reps @ 70-75%

Followed by:

Five rounds for time of:
Bear crawl 100 feet
Standing broad-jump, 100 feet

Do three Burpees after every five broad-jumps. If you’ve got a twenty pound vest or body armor, wear it.
