Group Coaching

Group Coaching of the Daily WOD is the backbone of what we do here at Ardent. Although you are working out in a group setting, you will still receive the coaching and individual attention necessary to safely and successfully complete the WOD. You’ll find yourself in a supportive and encouraging environment, surround by friends that will gladly offer words of encouragement.

Before entering into the Group Coaching environment, all our athletes are required to complete an intro session with one of our coaches. If you are an experienced CrossFitter, you’ll be able to jump right into the group setting. If this is your first time, you’ll be required to complete our Fundamentals program prior to group training.Within the Daily WOD, you’ll find many varied elements from endurance to Olympic weightlifting to elements of gymnastics and everything in between.

Before each class, you will be properly warmed up and mobilized by a member of our staff and coached through the movements required for that particular day. Coaches will be with your during the WOD, providing cues, guidance and encouragement to ensure you are performing each movement correctly.
