After competing in high-school track and field, I started distance running after college and then discovered CrossFit a few years later in March 2009. CrossFit was the perfect compliment to my distance running, helping me become a more balanced athlete, stay injury-free, and eventually helping me accomplish one of my life-time goals, obtaining a Boston Marathon qualifying time. After running the Boston Marathon in 2011, I decided to dedicate more time to becoming a more balanced CrossFit athlete. Eventually, I had the amazing opportunity to compete at the CrossFit Games Regional competition in Asia in 2013 and 2014.
After years of endurance running, crossfitting, and competing, I wanted to use my knowledge to help others and give back to the community. I’m passionate about helping members make goals, watching them achieve their goals, and do things they didn’t think they were capable of accomplishing.
